Carrie has spent 15 years in accounting and finance leadership. Her clients are capital firms, startups, and new business owners who need to rebuild how their accounting department works. That usually starts with a financial cleanup, then moves to the processes, controls, and systems that keep the numbers reliable once she leaves.
She spent more than twelve years in oil and gas, across upstream, LNG, EPC, and offshore operations, including controller roles at Eagle LNG and CAM Integrated Solutions. She has built finance teams from zero and scaled the systems behind them for LNG and EPC startups.
She is a CPA in Texas and is based in Houston.
Carrie leads ERP and technology implementations shaped around how a business actually operates rather than around the software.
Internal controls, technical accounting, and analytics for companies formalizing how they report. She has run multi-stream teams and presented to boards and audit committees.
