Mike.

Mike’s experience spans public accounting, operating finance, and board-level advisory. As a Director with PwC in the United States and United Kingdom, he advised public and private companies on complex reporting matters, capital-markets activity, and significant organizational change. He subsequently served as CFO to private-equity-backed businesses in the energy, SaaS, and manufacturing sectors.

At Numera, Mike advises management teams, sponsors, and boards on financial strategy, M&A, restructuring, technical accounting, stakeholder matters, and SOX implementation. His work combines the perspective of an operator with the technical discipline of a senior advisor.

Earlier in his career, Mike served as a Captain in the United States Air Force. He has led engagements for organizations ranging from $200 million to more than $40 billion in revenue across consumer, energy, utilities, mining, transportation, and logistics. He is based in Florida.
